Plan Development Resources  Since 2000, the Oregon Partnership for Disaster Resilience at the University of Oregon's Community Service Center has been working with Oregon Emergency Management, Department of Land Use and Development, Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Region X, and local governments statewide to coordinate the Partnership’s activities in a manner consistent with the Pre-Disaster Mitigation Program to assist communities and the state in meeting the new natural hazard mitigation planning requirements.
